Darwinex announced that it will stop offering Contracts for Difference (CFDs) to new retail clients in Spain from July 31, 2024. • New retail clients in Spain who wish to open CFD accounts.
• New residents in Spain seeking to trade CFDs.

Existing clients will not be affected if they meet the following conditions:

• They already hold a real CFD account with Darwinex as either a Trader or an Investor.
• They complete the real account opening process before July 31, 2024.
• They are categorized as professional clients with Darwinex.

• Existing traders and investors with CFD accounts will not be affected, ensuring continuity in their trading activities.
